My 4th Dineout of the year! I think I’ve gained a couple pounds from all this eating T.T….BUT I think it was worth it. Service here was polite, we came in for our reservation at 8:30, they close at 10:00. I felt rushed by the staff, they started cleaning, putting up the chairs etc. Interior wise, very basic, clean and although the portions didn’t look large I wasn’t able to finish all 3 courses and left feeling stuffed!

$20, 3 courses (lunch + dinner)

3 courses Tapas: Satay Chicken, Roti Canai and Organic mix green Salad, charcoal grilled marinated chicken skewer with hand roll layer flat bread & Salad
Recommend: Yes
Rating: 3.5/5
The chicken was slightly dry but went really nicely with the peanut sauce. My favourite part of the dish was the Roti Canai! So soft and delicious! Salad was very basic, just some leafy greens.

3 courses Tapas: Vegetarian Spring roll, Curry Samosa and Organic mix green Salad (Vegetarian) Marinated jicama root, cabbage & carrot in wonton skin, Indian pastry filled seasoned mixed vegetable in mild curry sauce, homemade spicy sauce and Salad
Recommend: Maybe
My friend’s choice, she compared the spring roll and samosa to frozen food, I’m guessing unless you are vegetarian it’d be smart to pick something else!

4 courses Entrée: Spicy Chili Trio, Rendang Beef and Seafood Bouillabaisse (Gluten Free) Stir-fried okra, eggplant, green bean, spicy chili sauce, beef stewed in coconut curry gravy and Prawn, fish, mussel and calamari in spicy tamarind, turmeric and Malaysian Style Curry sauce, jasmine rice
Recommend: Maybe
Rating: 3/5
The beef in the curry was tough and the flavour just wasn’t there, but the other 2 items were quite good. Seafood bouillabaisse, was flavourful and went well with the rice. The spicy vegetables on the side were also well-seasoned and enjoyable. Rice was also good.

My friend’s choice, she enjoyed this. I tried both the curries in this and I found them to be better then mine, much more flavour!

Sweet, vanilla ice-cream paired with a hot fried banana, delicious!

Pandan Cheese Panna Cotta
Recommend: Yes
Rating: 3/5
Nothing special, but it’s a well-made panna cotta, smooth. I didn’t taste any cheese which might not be a bad thing!
